Step 1: Explore and Filter Products

When you enter the Basics & More website, there are multiple ways to access products. You can browse collections by selecting women's or men's categories from the main menu. Under each category, you'll find subcategories like leather jackets, leather coats, leather skirts, and more.

To quickly find the product you're looking for, you can use the filtering features:

• By category: Filter by product types such as leather jackets, leather coats, leather skirts.
• By price: Set a price range to see products that fit your budget.
• Color: Filter by black, brown, burgundy, and other color options.
• Size: Select your current size to display only in-stock products.

You can also search directly by product name or feature using the search bar at the top of the page. For example, typing "black leather jacket" will list all relevant products.

Step 2: Examine Product Details

When you click on a product you like, the product detail page opens. On this page, you can find all information about the product:

• Photos: You can view high-resolution photos of the product taken from different angles. Click on the photos to enlarge them.
• Product description: Includes leather type, inner lining, pocket details, and other technical information.
• Color options: You can see and select available color variants of the product.
• Size chart: Each product has a detailed size chart below it. Make sure to check it for correct size selection.
• Price information: Current price and discounted price, if any, are shown.

Step 3: Size Selection Guide

Choosing the correct size is the most important step in online shopping. At Basics & More, we provide a detailed size chart for each product. To find the right size, follow these steps:

• Take your bust, waist, and hip measurements with a tape measure.
• Check the size chart on the product page.
• Compare your measurements with the values in the chart.

Step 4: Add to Cart

To view your cart, click the cart icon in the top right corner. On the cart page, you can change product quantities, remove unwanted items, and see the total amount. If everything is correct, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to continue the ordering process.

At Basics & More, we offer multiple options for secure payment. On the payment page, first enter your delivery address, then select your payment method:

Credit Card / Debit Card

You can pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks. All your card information is encrypted with an SSL certificate. Installment options may vary depending on the bank and card type.

Bank Transfer / EFT

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, bank details will be provided to you after the order is placed. Your order will begin to be prepared once the transfer is confirmed.

Installment Options

On the payment page, you can see installment options suitable for your credit card. The number of installments and amounts are automatically calculated based on the card type. In addition to upfront payment, 2, 3, 6, and more installment options may be offered.

Once your order is confirmed, it enters the preparation process. Products are carefully packaged and sent to your address via our contracted shipping company. Shipping times vary depending on your delivery region:

• Turkey: Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days.
• Europe: Delivery time is 5-10 business days.
• International: Varies between 7-15 business days depending on the country.

Shipping is free for all orders. You benefit from free shipping service regardless of the order amount in Turkey, Europe, and all international markets.

Step 7: Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, a notification will be sent to your email address. This email will contain the tracking number and a tracking link. You can see the current status of your shipment by clicking on the tracking link. You can also track the shipping status from your order history by logging into your Basics & More account.

Returns and Exchange Process
