How can I order from the Basics&More Web Store?

Step 3: Log in to your account, create a new account or order as a guest
Step 4: Want to stay up to date with the latest news and promotions? Sign up for our newsletter
Step 5: Choose how you would like your order delivered: to your home or to a different address.
Step 6: Select which payment method you want to use: Credit Card or Wire Transfer
Step 7: If you have a personal discount code, don't forget to use it at checkout. This is possible from step 2 to step 7
Step 8: Check all your personal details, accept the general conditions and select 'Complete Order'. You will now be automatically redirected to the payment page of your chosen provider.
Step 9: You will receive an order confirmation via email. We will pack and ship your order as soon as possible.
Step 10: Once we deliver your package to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking and tracing code via email.
A product or size is no longer available. What can I do now?
Unfortunately, the size or color you prefer may no longer be in stock. We cannot see when the items will be back in stock. However, we can see which items are similar so we can easily make recommendations or suggestions. So if you have any questions about our stock, do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected] . We will see what we can do for you and find the best possible solution.
What happens after I place my order?
Once we receive your order and payment, we will do our best to pack your package as soon as possible. You will receive an order confirmation by mail. Once your package leaves our warehouse and is delivered to our carrier, you will receive a mail with a track and trace code. How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered to the address you filled in during payment by the courier. It is also possible to have your package delivered to a courier service point or post office box. When your package is delivered to our courier, you will receive a track and trace code that you can use to track your package throughout the shipping process.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, it is possible. When the courier receives your package, you will receive an email with a tracking and tracing code. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk mail. What happens if I am not at home when the courier wants to deliver my package?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to deliver the package again the next day. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you will receive an e-mail. In this e-mail, you can make a new appointment or change the delivery address.
Why haven't I received an order confirmation in the mail?

Is it possible to cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order, but only until you receive your shipping confirmation. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it is no longer possible to cancel your order, as the package has already been delivered to the carrier. If the order is already on its way, you have the option to send the package back to us. You have 14 days to do so.

Receive your order from a cargo service point within 7 days
Receive your delivery to your address by a cargo company

Can I choose what time I want my order to be delivered?
Yes, you can choose the delivery time of your order during checkout. You can choose between same day delivery or evening delivery.
Is it possible to have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, it is possible. You can choose to 'have my order delivered to a different address' during checkout. If the package is already on its way to you, you can change your preferred address by clicking on the link in the email you receive from the courier.
How can I use my discount code / newsletter code?
You can process your discount code by placing it in the box marked 'enter your discount code' during checkout. The discount will automatically be added to your order. If you have any issues with your discount code processing, please contact us via our customer service: [email protected] . If you have placed your order and have not entered your discount code, we cannot assist you further. We will not be able to process the discount code later.
I forgot to use my discount code on my order, what should I do now?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to insert the discount code after you have processed your order. You can use the discount code on your next order.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do now?
As long as you do not receive a shipping confirmation, we can change your preferred address. Please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service: [email protected] . If your package has already left our warehouse, you should have received an email with a tracking and tracing code. This email includes instructions on how to change the address.
