How Many Days Does It Take to Return?

According to the regulation on distance contracts, it is the first 14 days from the date you receive the package. You can make your returns within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

What are the Return Conditions?

You must place your invoice or order number and the reason for return in the box with the products you wish to return. You must send us the product(s) you wish to return in their original packaging, undamaged and unused.

Will I Pay for Return Shipping Costs?

The shipping costs of all products you send to Basics&More with a return request are covered by our company.

When Will I Be Refunded for the Product I Returned?

After checking the compliance of the product/products with the return conditions, Basics&More initiates the refund process to your credit card. The product price is reflected on your credit card as a “plus balance” within 10 days, depending on your bank. Since this process is completely dependent on your bank, Basics&More has absolutely no authority to intervene in your bank.

Can I change the size of the product I ordered?

If the status of your order is "Your Order Has Been Received", size changes will be made if the product you want to exchange is in stock. You can follow the status of your order from the "My Orders" screen in the "My Account" tab.

If you want to request an exchange after you receive the product, you can make your exchange request from the "Return à Exchange" tab.

How Can I Cancel My Order/Orders?

Check your order from the "My Account" tab on your home page. If your order is not in the "Order Preparing" or "Shipped" status, you can cancel your order.
